The 1100 is pure industrial aluminum, the aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, can not be strengthened by heat treatment.With high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, its density is small, good plasticity, through pressure processing can produce all kinds of aluminum, but the strength is low.Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A.The 1100 is commonly used for products requiring good formability, high corrosion resistance and not high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed by drawing and spinning, welding combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, etc.

Aluminum plate surface
1, the surface is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion spots and saltpeter traces.
2. Peeling, bubble, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the site where the defect is located are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.

Heat treatment process
1) Uniform annealing: heating 440℃;Heat preservation for 12 ~ 14h;Air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 410℃;Heat preservation time 30 ~ 120min;Air or water cooled.
3) High temperature annealing: heating 350 ~ 420℃;When the thickness of the finished product is ≥6mm or <6mm, the heat preservation time is 2-10min or 10-30min.Air cooling.
4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250 ~ 300℃ or 150 ~ 180℃;The heat preservation time is 1 ~ 2h with air cooling.

Q1. How long can make delivery?
A: For stock products,will make shipments in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
for products need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;
for products need new products for special and rare materials,usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.
Q2. Can you provide the samples?
A:Samples can be provided with samples' charge and courier fee by the buyer's side.
Q3. What's your payment terms?
A: Down payments 30%TT and balance 70% TT or L/C.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional.
For mass products, ship freight is prefered.
